Welcome to the stunning Ticino Region!
My Story
Hello, I'm Raquel, and I enjoy living in the lovely region of Ticino, Switzerland! I'm surrounded by majestic mountains and crystal-clear lakes, making it feel like paradise. I share this wonderful place with my husband and our two adorable kitties, and we just love living here!
My passion for nutrition and healthy food grew even more during our sabbatical in Mallorca, Spain. This experience inspired me to become a certified Nutrition Coach, and this led me to the creation of Swiss Gourmet House.
Here, I craft natural and organic granolas and nut blends with delicious flavors, lots of care, and love for nutritious and healthy food.
With my dedication to creating wholesome products free from additives, chemicals, and added sugars, I aim to offer my foodie customers a delightful way to embrace a healthier lifestyle.
Nutritional Philosophy
Why do I believe in the Power of Nuts?
Nuts are nutritional powerhouses, offering essential nutrients, healthy fats, and antioxidants that support overall health.
Their incredible benefits inspired me to create our gourmet, health-focused nut blends and granolas.
At Swiss Gourmet House, I hold the belief that food should be both delicious and nourishing.
I prioritize high-quality, nutrient-rich ingredients to create products that promote overall well-being.
So...Let's get Nuts !
