Once your order is on its way, you will receive email with tracking information from Swiss Post.

Return & Exchange Policy

Swiss Gourmet House wants you to be happy with your purchase, and your satisfaction is my priority!  Since all my products are freshly produced, the refund policy applies only in certain situations.*  

 

If your package doesn’t arrive or it arrives damaged, please send your email at:   info@swissgourmethouse.com with the details and to help and guide you accordingly. Depending on the situation, then the refund process will be sent out with clear instructions.
